BT Volunteers are BT and ex-BT people who are both trained and checked to come into your school/youth group to help young people, parents and teachers improve their communications skills. They can deliver a range of classroom activities to both primary and secondary audiences and can help with utilising the BT Education FREE website offer. You can choose from a wide range of speaking and listening activities and you can agree the format of these beforehand with the BT Volunteers via a lesson plan allowing you to advise on tailoring the material to your school requirements. Once the initial classroom session has been delivered with the teacher present, you will be asked for feedback and you will be given a free DVD player and software to allow your school to use the Education materials.
