Volunteering really is a win for all concerned. Clearly the Schools benefit from access to additional free resources which are stimulating to children and they benefit from outside input into the school. Ousted often comments positively on this aspect. As an individual, you will have the chance to 'give something back' and at the same time, both your confidence and your skills will be enhanced. BT Volunteers report improved presentation skills, confidence, planning ability and motivation. BT gains in reputation as part of its Community investment programme and increased motivation of its people. In summary, all parties feel good about the relationship.
