  Becoming a BT Volunteer

What you could be doing?

How is BT Volunteers organised?

What commitment is required?

What benefits are there?

What is the process once registered?

How do I register?

When you have decided to register as a BT Volunteer and have chosen which Club/s to belong to, your initial registration will generate an e-mail to the Club Leader. You will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and welcomed to the Club. Your initial training will be planned and you will be given the forms for the Disclosure checking process. Once the training has taken place and the checks completed, you will be issued a badge as a Volunteer authorised to work in schools. You will be given the opportunity to pair up with another Volunteer and together you will prepare an activity to be delivered in school. The contact with the school is made by agreeing a lesson plan, date/time and year group - you are away!
