How to access the service

Other services for schools

To book a BT Volunteer session

See How to access the service for details of making contact, but once in dialogue with BT Volunteers, the process is simple. A visit will be arranged to talk about the programme and what would be possible for your school. We will help you choose where you want to start and introduce you to the BT Education Programme and its FREE resources. A dialogue with the BT Volunteers will then take place to ensure everyone is comfortable with the lesson plan and agreed date and time. BT Volunteers have everything they need to deliver the chosen activity and will arrive in time to check everything with the teacher who must be present during the sessions. You will be asked to provide feedback to help us continually improve the service.
