  Becoming a BT Volunteer

What you could be doing?

How is BT Volunteers organised?

What commitment is required?

What benefits are there?

What is the process once registered?

How do I register?

The programme is managed by joining Volunteers together in geographically based Clubs (Choose up to two Clubs dependent upon where you would like to work in schools - near home or work. Each Club has its own website which you will have access to when you register. A Club Leader normally manages the Club which has its own patch of schools and equipment such as DVD players, data projector, laptop, cameras etc. to enable the activities to be delivered in schools.

There is also a Social fund which allows Clubs to purchase items locally and have the occasional get together. BT Volunteers receive a monthly e-mail Newsletter to keep in touch with developments in addition to important changes being posted on the local website. Access to the internet and an e-mail account are essential, even if it is a shared account.
